This year's winners of the prestigious NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) have been announced, and they include four Biology PhD students who were offered awards, as well as one Biology PhD student who received an Honorable Mention.
Awards offered were offered to PhD students Carla Hoge, Lizhi Liu, Iden Sapse, and Bryan Wang. Tessa Tekali earned an Honorable Mention.
The NSF GRFP is designed to support “outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported STEM disciplines who are pursuing research-based master's and doctoral degrees.”
