My research utilizes structural approaches to unveil the mechanism and function of macromolecules, specifically, the endonuclease of canonical pre-mRNA 3’-end processing. Identifying its cytoplasmic associating partners will discover the potential governing mechanism. Furthermore, providing structural details to pave the way for future drug design.
